2.1 Whenever you order one of our products we require your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date. If you are ordering products for a third party we will need their postal address. We gather this information to allow us to:

- monitor customer traffic patterns and Site usage; and to
- notify you about enhancement to our products and services.
2.2 We may collect information relating to (1) the home server domain names, type of client operating system, web pages accessed, search engine used, and type of Web browser of visitors to the Site, (2) the e-mail addresses of visitors who communicate with Cocoa Black via e-mail, (3) information provided consensually by the visitor and gathered via other on-line facilities. Cocoa Black may record information identifying the visitor or linking the visitor to the search performed. We may also record limited information for every search request and use that information to solve technical issues with the services available directly or indirectly in connection with the Site. This may also be used to calculate overall usage statistics.
3. Information Security
3.1 Cocoa Black use internet standard encryption technology to encrypt your credit card number during purchases. To check that you are in a secure area of the Site please look for the appropriate symbol in your browser (usually, but not always, a closed lock or unbroken key symbol at the bottom right of your browser).
3.2 When you place an order we will offer to retain your card details. These are maintained in a secure format. However, if you prefer that we do not maintain these details, you can go to 'My Account', click on 'Your Card Details' and delete any card information.
3.3 If using a public computer or terminal, always log out and close the browser when you complete an online session. Keep your passwords private. Anybody who knows your password may access your account. When creating a password, use at least 8 characters - a combination of letters and numbers is best. Do not use dictionary words, your name, email address, or other personal information that can be easily obtained. It is also recommended that you frequently change your password.

Cookies are small pieces of information which are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. They enable our own system to recognise you when you visit our Site again.
