Learn the art of the chocolatier. This class provides a comprehensive introduction to working with chocolate. It includes an overview of chocolate theory - manufacturing, nutrition and storage. You will receive instruction from a professional chocolatier who will guide you through the chocolate making process. The class includes detailed instruction on tempering before you go on to make and garnish dipped pralines, coffee truffles and rolled orange and dark chocolate. At the end of the session you will be shown how to professionally wrap your chocolates which you can then take away to enjoy at home. No experience necessary. Not suitable for those with an allergy to nuts.
